Inspection, repair, and rebuild support for centrifugal pumps, process pumps, and rotating equipment experiencing mechanical, seal, or performance-related failures across Ontario.
RED Systems provides pump repair and rebuild support for industrial, municipal, commercial, and process customers across Ontario. We support pumps and rotating equipment used in water, wastewater, manufacturing, chemical processing, commercial buildings, HVAC systems, and general industrial applications.
Our approach is repair-first. Not every pump needs to be replaced. Many pumps with seal failures, bearing damage, wear component issues, or performance loss can be returned to service with the right inspection, parts, and service plan.
These are common conditions that indicate a pump may need inspection, repair, or rebuild support. If your pump is showing any of these symptoms, send RED Systems the equipment details and a description of what you are seeing.
Review of pump symptoms, nameplate data, application details, photos, and operating conditions to assess repair path.
Seal identification, sourcing, and replacement support for single, double, and cartridge mechanical seal configurations.
Bearing identification, sourcing, and replacement for pump bearing frames — including L10 life review where applicable.
Wear ring, impeller, casing, and throat bushing inspection, sourcing, and replacement to restore hydraulic performance.
Shaft inspection, coupling condition review, and alignment-related support as part of repair or rebuild scope.
Full rebuild support including disassembly, measurement, parts sourcing, reassembly, and return-to-service coordination.
When repair is not practical, RED Systems can help identify a replacement pump based on model, application, and site requirements.
Support for both in-shop repair work and field service coordination depending on equipment type and access requirements.
RED Systems supports repair and rebuild work across a broad range of centrifugal and process pump types used in industrial, municipal, and commercial applications.
Submit the pump brand, model, serial number, photos of the nameplate and affected area, and a description of the issue or symptoms. The more detail provided, the faster RED Systems can assess the repair path.
RED Systems reviews the equipment details, identifies likely failure modes, and determines what parts, service, or field support will be needed. A repair recommendation or quote is provided based on the assessment.
Once the scope is confirmed, RED Systems sources the required parts — seals, bearings, wear components, or other items — and coordinates the repair or rebuild timeline with the customer.
Work proceeds through the agreed repair scope. For field service items, on-site coordination is arranged. For shop work, logistics for pump pickup or drop-off are confirmed. If replacement is the better option, RED Systems identifies a suitable alternative.
Send RED Systems the pump brand, model, serial number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the request and support the next step — whether that means repair, rebuild, replacement parts, or field service coordination.
