Helpful Information

What to Include in Your Request

The more detail provided, the faster RED Systems can assess the situation and respond with an accurate review or quote. These are the most useful pieces of information.

Pump Nameplate

The single most useful item. Includes pump brand, model, serial number, RPM, flow, head, and motor requirements. A photo is ideal.

Photos of the Issue

Photos of leakage points, damaged components, seal area, coupling, or any visible damage help RED Systems assess the failure mode quickly.

Issue Description

When it started, how severe it is, what the pump is doing (or not doing), and any recent work or changes that preceded the issue.

Application Details

What fluid is being pumped, at what temperature, in what type of system — water, process, HVAC, wastewater, chemical.

Site Location

The city or site address in Ontario. Required for field service scheduling and helps confirm coverage and availability.

Urgency Level

Whether this is a production-down emergency, an urgent repair, a scheduled service, or a quote-only request.
